What we collect

When you request quotes we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, property address or area, the service you need, your timeline and any notes. We also record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser user agent, the page you submitted from and referral or campaign tags, to prevent abuse and understand how people find us.

How we use it

We use your information to pass your request to independent well contractors so they can contact you and quote your project, to operate and improve this site, and to prevent fraud and spam.

Who we share it with

We share your request with up to three independent licensed well contractors who serve your area. Each contractor handles your information under its own policies. We also use service providers, such as our hosting provider, to run this site. We do not sell your information to data brokers.

Calls, texts and email

By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you agree that we and the contractors we refer you to may contact you about your project, including by calls and texts that may use automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask a contractor to stop contacting you.

Retention and your choices

We keep requests as long as needed for the purposes above and our records. You can ask us to delete your request by contacting us through the quote form (write "delete my information" in the notes with the same email or phone).

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookie-free tool, to count page views. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
